Do you sell factory reconditioned products?

No, we sell only brand new, unopened, factory sealed items.

I live outside the USA. Can I buy from DTAGifts.com?

At this time, we can only ship to addresses located inside the USA.

Do you charge shipping and handling?

Yes, we charge standard shipping and handling cost based on the size and weight of the featured item.  We ship to the 48 Continental United States only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US.  There may be a surcharge for shipment to APO/FPOs.

Do you sell more than one item per day?

No, we sell only one item per day, and when it's gone you will need to wait until the next day for another great deal.

I saw an item that I wanted but it is no longer on your site, can I still buy it?

No, we have a limited supply of each item, and when they're gone - they're gone!  We do not know if or when we might get more of that item, so if you see something you want - buy it!  (or someone else will)

What is your return policy?

Most sales are final.  However, items returned within 14 days in brand new, unopened condition will receive a refund minus shipping and 30% restocking fee.  Please email for return authorization code prior to return.  If there is a problem with a product you ordered, please refer to the product's manufacturer for warranty service.

How can I pay for my items?

We currently accept only PayPal payments at this time.  PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Just click the "add to cart" button. Once you are ready to purchase just click the "check out now" button and you will be prompted by the cart program for your paypal information.
