By entering the CRAZYDOD.com Web Site you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. The legal information is applicable to all pages of the DTAGifts.com website, unless explicitly stated otherwise on any particular page. 

By using DTAGifts.com, each participant agrees to release and hold sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with DTAGifts.com.

2. Return Policy

If product is unopened and in re-saleable condition, returns will be accepted up to 14 days from date of purchase with a refund to your original payment method minus shipping and 30% restocking fee.  Please email for return authorization code before returning.  A refund will not occur if the product does not arrive in the condition it was sent in, so please package well.  We are not responsible for items you return that are lost or damaged in transit, so please purchase tracking and insurance.  After 14 days we consider the product to be NOT in re-saleable condition and will NOT accept returns at all.

3. Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  During the holidays, and on rare occations it may take a little longer.  Items may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or Freight shipping, depending on the item purchased.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
